Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship our products to most countries worldwide. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
Once order has been placed processing may take 3-5 business days at which point a tracking number will be generated and provided to you. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days for your tracking information to be updated once your item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at Support@iGadgetfied.com

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges incurred.
We are not responsible if a package is/are not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out, if shipping information is not corrected within the given time frame, store policy will apply. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at Support@iGadgetfied.com as soon as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
We will fully reimburse or replace defective or damaged products bought from iGadgetfied.com, with notification within 7 days of package delivery. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product defects to Support@iGadgetfied.com within 7 days upon receiving the item.
In the event you wish to return the purchased item, all costs related to such to include the shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer.
If the case is deemed valid, iGagdetfied.com will cover related cost to reimburse or replace.
After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item reimbursement or replacement for any reasons.
Cancellation & Modification Policy
Cancellation on Orders
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of order confirmation at Support@iGadgetfied.com. Please be advised that any cancellations after 12 hours of order confirmation will not be allowed.
Modification of Orders
Buyers may make changes to orders placed, within 12 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. Changes made to the orders after 12 hours of making their purchases are not allowed and will not be entertained.
Please take note:
*Only the same product with equivalent product price is allowed to be changed within 12 hours.
*For order /item cancellation, handling fees according to tier will be charged
